Butter and Sage Sauce

3/4 cup (180 g) of salted butter
12 fresh sage leaves, chopped
Ingredients (serves 4):
Sauté sage leaves in the butter.

Different use of the sauce:
The butter and sage sauce can be used with ravioli (Ravioli crowned with an egg yolk), gnocchi (Semolina gnocchi) or any other pasta of your liking (see Useful tips: Pasta "al dente"). Garnish with gratted parmigiano reggiano (see Useful tips: Parmigiano reggiano) and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil from Italy (see Useful tips: Olive oil from Italy)
