340 gr of English double Devonshire cream
1/2 a can (150 ml) of Eagle Brand low fat sweetened condensed milk
3 tbsp. (45 ml) of Grand Marnier liquor
Dufflet Caramels with sea salt, almonds and pistachios,available at Aux douceurs du Marché at the Atwater Market
Whisk together the double cream and condensed milk with an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Add the Grand Marnier and mix. Place in freezer overnight. When serving, garnish with pieces of caramel.
